Citypoint Group is searching for an analyst to help the company identify under valued multifamily apartment buildings in the Chicagoland area between 5-100 units. Quotas will be set on a quarterly basis with the analyst expected to reach and surpass these targets. The analyst will be given specialty training on valuating commercial real estate properties. The position is exclusively in-person at the company’s Roselle, IL office.
