Ino Salgado is the newest member to the Citypoint team of Real Estate Brokers. He is a graduate of Roosevelt University’s Master’s Degree Program where he majored in Real Estate.

He was also one of the first recipients of the Northern Builders, Inc. Scholarship for Future Leaders in Industrial Real Estate.

 

His course work included Multifamily Analysis, Underwriting, & Pricing, Leasing, Marketing, Construction Project Management, Information Resource Management, Design & Feasibility, Urban Land Economics, Managerial Finance, Real Estate Finance & Investment, Quantitative Analysis, and Accounting.

 

He has also participated in Turner Construction Company’s Construction Management Training Program, Community Investment Corporation’s Multi-Family Property Management Training Program and is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) through The Real Estate Negotiation Institute.

 

Ino has a great deal of experience in the Telecommunications and Commercial Real Estate industry. This experience has included performing financial data abstraction for commercial leases, amendments, easements, and subordination agreements.

 

He has also been responsible for site acquisition activities from initial site reviews through the Notice to Proceed (NTP) phase. Ino has experienced success in negotiating and securing lease entitlements with tower owners or private landlords per project scope to achieve win-win outcomes between landlord and wireless tenant.

 

Throughout the years, Ino has been successful at building, developing and growing business relationships that have been vital to the success of each project that he has participated in. He has effectively collaborated with a network of RF Engineers, A&E vendors, Project Managers, regulatory specialists, attorneys and tower companies in order to achieve favorable outcomes in all his projects.
