This isn’t your average onboarding program. This is a comprehensive, immersive bootcamp built to sharpen your instincts, push your comfort zone, and give you the tools you need to close deals, build client relationships, and grow your own investment portfolio.

The program focuses on hands-on training, real estate theory, self-reflection, and more to ensure agents enter the Citypoint brokerage with a broad understanding of how to become master real estate agents and investors. The program is structured into weekly modules, and each new agent is expected to complete each week to the best of their abilities.

 

 

What to Expect: A Week-by-Week Breakdown
 
Week 1: Foundation & Mindset

Agents begin by learning the “why” behind real estate—how we approach brokering differently at Citypoint and what mindset separates average agents from elite performers. You’ll dive into real-world examples, learn from Citypoint veterans, and reflect on your personal goals and strengths.

 

Week 2: Real Estate Theory in Practice

Understand the deal flow, contracts, negotiation strategies, and due diligence from both the broker and investor side. You’ll walk through real transactions, dissect deals, and get comfortable with the language and logic of real estate at a professional level.

 

Week 3: Field Work & Property Tours

It’s time to get out from behind the desk. Agents spend this week touring active listings, shadowing showings, and analyzing properties for both owner-occupant and investment potential. You’ll learn how to evaluate a property’s value and communicate that to clients with confidence.

 

Week 4: Lead Generation & Relationship Building

Learn how to generate, nurture, and convert leads—organically and through paid platforms. Agents will cold call, follow up, and run real campaigns. We cover branding, CRM management, and the psychology behind effective client communication.

 

Week 5: Deal Simulation & Business Planning

In the final week, agents put everything they’ve learned to the test. The week kicks off with live deal simulations, pitch sessions, and a collaborative investment analysis challenge that mimics real-world scenarios. You’ll role-play negotiations, write up offers, and walk through client objections—everything from handling first-time buyers to structuring complex investor deals.

As the week closes, agents complete a two-part final exam:

  • Written Exam: A comprehensive review covering contract knowledge, deal structuring, ethical scenarios, marketing principles, and investment analysis. This ensures agents have a firm understanding of the core principles and can apply them in high-pressure situations.

  • Oral Exam: A face-to-face presentation where agents are required to explain a deal breakdown or walk through a listing strategy. This tests not only knowledge but also communication skills, presence, and confidence under pressure.

We wrap the bootcamp with personalized business planning, helping each agent define actionable goals and build a roadmap for growth as a Citypoint broker.
