Charles is a dedicated real estate professional specializing in multifamily properties and investment sales. After gaining valuable experience at CONLON Commercial/CRE Advising, working with property types such as retail, industrial, office, multifamily and mixed-use properties—Charles has honed his expertise to focus exclusively on the multifamily sector.
Raised in Glen Ellyn, Charles attended Glenbard West High School before pursuing his academic and wrestling career at Brown University (Class of 2021). While at Brown, he studied business, entrepreneurship, architecture, and development. Since then, Charles has successfully represented investors, landlords, and tenants in various commercial leasing and sale transactions.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Charles enjoys long-distance running, coaching wrestling, spending time in Lake Geneva, and creating memories with his family and friends.
