Daniel brings over 10 years of entrepreneurial and business leadership experience to Citypoint Illinois. His strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to work with people make him a natural leader. His entrepreneurial spirit was sparked at a young age by family members who operated businesses in tourism, supply chain management, and real estate development.
Daniel attended DePaul University, then decided to finish his B.S. in Finance at Purdue University while working on multiple ventures. Throughout the years, Daniel has been a partner in real estate, hospitality, consulting, and logistics ventures. When the right opportunity arose, Daniel acquired a logistics company and grew it into a multi-million-dollar business. After exiting the logistics industry, Daniel decided to pursue his passion for investing and real estate by joining the Citypoint team.
Outside of the office, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and French bulldog, Willy. He believes that even when not in the office, one must choose how they spend their time wisely and always work on self-improvement.
Daniel can often be seen reading biographies, real estate, and business books, as well as watching business and historical documentaries. He also enjoys working out, playing tennis, refining his palate at new restaurants and traveling whenever he gets the chance.
